Today is a Beautiful day to Make Art
I graduated in May 2018 from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee where I received my BFA in Theatre Performance. I am currently based in Vero Beach, Florida working as a performance apprentice at Riverside Theatre alongside three other recent college graduates. I am thrilled to be bringing art to kiddos all over Indian River County for the next year. My time at Belmont and in Nashville was incredible and I am so thankful for everything that chapter of my life taught me. I am excited to discover what post-grad life has in store for me and where my journey might take me next. When I'm not in a theatre I'm probably binge-watching Grey's Anatomy, cooking, or spending my day at the beach. I love exploring new places and hanging out with my friends. Here's to the next step and days full of doing what I love with the people I love!
I am currently performing in Riverside Theatre tour shows and traveling to area schools throughout the rest of my contract (The Three Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood, Patchwork, and A Thousand Paper Cranes)
I am in rehearsal for Riverside Theatre's production of Evita which opens in early January. This revival is directed and choreographed by Marcia Milgrom Dodge.
I am also currently co-directing and choreographing The Lion King Kids at Riverside Theatre.

Don't Cry For Me Argentina...I'm Doing Just Fine
December 21, 2018
I am less than one week into rehearsals for Andrew Lloyd Weber and Tim Rice's Evita at Riverside Theatre. This is the first equity production I have ever been a part of and although I am not yet a member of AEA I am extremely thankful to be in a room full of artists who have dedicated so much of their lives to honing their craft and bringing stories like this one to light. With the riveting direction and choreography of Tony-nominated Marcia Milgrom Dodge, every moment of this rehearsal process so far has been filled with sass, spice, and nothing short of extreme passion. This production open in Vero Beach on January 8 and runs through January 27. With 26 performances this will be the longest running show I have ever been a part of, and I am so up to the challenge. It is also the shortest rehearsal process for a show of this caliber that I have participated in. I am glad to be a part of a story that highlights the life of a complicated woman and what life stuff brought her to her reality. I am a huge proponent of stories about females, let alone females with power (however broken their past may be.)
